Is a wellness center for people where they understand the yogic concepts scientifically. The main objective of the wellness center is to connect Science and Spirituality and make it reach to common people. In recent years the traditions/practices/yogic methods were followed blindly without understanding the scientific reasons the heritage of the same. Being the keen observer of these we tried to open a center which gives the information about the science and traditional knowledge by referring to many research works during the workshops/conferences/Seminars etc.

Our Online Yoga Classes are designed to give you access to quality yoga instruction from the comfort of your own home. You'll have access to a library of pre-recorded classes, as well as live streaming classes with our experienced instructors.
